About the Role 🌟

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Accounting Outsourcing Team. This team is an integral part of our Advisory Group and specializes in delivering accounting and financial services tailored to Japanese companies entering the U.S. market.

Responsibilities 📝

• Assess the accounting needs of Japanese client companies and determine the support required.
• Oversee work allocation within the team to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional growth.
• Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and engaging presentations for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and financial regulations.

Qualifications 🎓

• 2-3 years of accounting manager experience, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), monthly book closing, and annual reporting.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Advanced technology, research, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in both Japanese and English.
