📝 Job Details:

Location: Gardena, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (DOE)

Note: While the salary range is $90K–$115K, compensation is negotiable for candidates with exceptional experience.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting services for clients, including financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Handle general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters and reporting
• Collaborate with internal team members and support junior staff as needed

🎓 Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (audit, public accounting, consulting, or in-house accounting)
• Experience in public accounting or audit is preferred
• Experience in a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm highly preferred
• CPA license is not required; CPA candidates or relevant coursework are highly valued
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

🗣️ Language Requirement:

Japanese-English bilingual proficiency is required
