Join Our Japanese Accounting Team as a Senior Accountant! 🌟

We are seeking a talented and bilingual Senior Accountant to become a key part of our collaborative and flexible work environment in Gardena, CA.

Position Overview

Location: Gardena, CA (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (DOE), negotiable for candidates with exceptional experience

📝 Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive accounting services for clients, including financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Manage general ledger processes, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial matters and reporting
• Collaborate with team members and support junior staff as needed

🎯 Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (audit, public accounting, consulting, or in-house)
• Experience in public accounting or audit preferred
• Experience at a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm highly preferred
• CPA license not required; CPA candidates or relevant coursework highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

🌐 Language Requirement

• Japanese-English bilingual proficiency is required
