💼 What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with property managers and residents to promote Spectrum products and services
• Achieve sales goals by generating new leads and increasing sales volume within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) properties
• Engage customers through door-to-door visits, lobby events, and consistent follow-up
• Assist existing customers by introducing additional services to boost revenue
• Resolve customer issues ensuring satisfaction and follow-through according to Spectrum policies
• Monitor competitor activity and share market insights with management
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
• Complete sales documentation accurately and handle customer funds in compliance with company guidelines

⚡ Working Conditions

• Spend approximately 80% of your time outdoors, often in varying weather conditions
• Lift items weighing 10-20 pounds for distances of 20-30 feet
• Work in moderate noise levels
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Handle variable hours including weekends and holidays
• Walk door-to-door extensively through local communities

🎯 What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 1+ years in sales or customer service
• Skills: Cold calling, persuasion, clear communication, reliable transportation, proficiency with computer and communication devices, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
• Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications, data networking, and consumer education; success in prospecting and cold calling; direct sales experience

💰 Compensation & Benefits

The base salary generally ranges from $33,200 to $66,000, with total compensation including incentives potentially exceeding $100,000 annually. The position also offers:
