We Are Hiring: Experienced Account Manager (Italian & French Speaker) 🌍
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? ServiceChannel is looking for a dynamic Account Manager fluent in Italian and French who thrives on challenges. In this role, you will bring strategic insights and operational excellence to accelerate growth within large enterprise accounts. The position is based in Europe, focusing on our existing clients across EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities 📌
- Develop customer intimacy: Build strong executive relationships and understand key business challenges, value drivers, and goals.
- Strategic account management: Create and execute win/win strategies for contract renewals that enhance value for both clients and ServiceChannel.
- Revenue growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, promote new features and products.
- Account leadership: Manage a portfolio of accounts by developing proactive renewal plans, collaborating across teams, addressing critical issues, communicating risks, and devising resolution strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools: Maintain accurate Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari records, and forecasts.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product & Engineering teams to identify new development areas.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.
Required Skills & Experience ✅
- 5+ years of experience: Proven in SaaS account management, including customer retention, risk mitigation, complex renewals, and upselling.
- Pricing & value sales: Knowledge of pricing principles and value-based sales in SaaS.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build executive relationships and communicate effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills across multiple mediums.
- Organization: Exceptional prioritization skills to manage multiple high-priority tasks with high attention to detail.
- Proven track record: Consistently achieving or exceeding quotas while enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborative mindset: Ability to influence teams and work cross-functionally.
- Dynamics of fast-paced environments: High energy, proactive, and adaptable across multiple countries (EMEA & APAC).
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, Italian, and French.
Preferred Skills & Experience 🌟
- Experience in Facility Management or related verticals such as Retail or Restaurants.
- Proficiency in additional languages like Spanish and German is a plus.
