About the Role
ServiceChannel is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Fluent in Italian and French) with a passion for challenges and taking the next step in their career. This role focuses on bringing strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive growth within large enterprise accounts. This position is based in Europe, supporting clients across EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop executive relationships, understand business challenges, value drivers, and corporate goals.
- Strategic Renewals: Craft win/win strategies for contract renewals that enhance value and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Grow Revenue: Identify new opportunities, promote new features, and expand account revenue.
- Account Leadership: Manage a portfolio by planning proactive renewals, collaborating with Customer Success, resolving critical issues, and developing resolution strategies.
- CRM Management: Use tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clari to maintain records and forecast accurately.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with Product & Engineering teams to identify future development areas.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in SaaS Account Management, including customer retention, risk mitigation, renewals, upselling, and expansion strategies.
- Pricing & Sales: Knowledge of pricing principles and value-based sales in SaaS environments.
- Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with senior executives.
- Communication: Superior written and oral communication skills across various mediums.
- Organization: Strong prioritization skills with impeccable attention to detail, capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks.
- Track Record: Proven success in managing a book of business, achieving quotas, and improving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to collaborate and influence results in team environments.
- Energy & Initiative: High energy, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
- Languages: Fully proficient in English, Italian, and French.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Industry Experience: Facility Management or related verticals like Retail or Restaurants.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and German is a plus.
