Join Our Team as an Account Manager (Italian and French Speaker)
ServiceChannel is seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager who is fluent in Italian and French, eager for a challenge, and ready to take the next step in their career. This role focuses on bringing strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive growth within large enterprise accounts across Europe, with a focus on clients in both EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop customer intimacy by establishing executive relationships and understanding key business challenges, value drivers, and goals.
- Strategic Contract Management: Create and execute win/win strategies for contract renewals that boost contract value while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion, promote new features and products, and grow account revenue.
- Account Leadership: Manage a portfolio of accounts by developing proactive renewal plans, collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success teams, handling critical issues, communicating risks, and developing resolution strategies.
- Maintain CRM Tools: Utilize Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, and similar platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering: Work with teams to identify and define future product development opportunities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Over 5 years of Account Management experience in a SaaS environment, including customer retention, risk mitigation, complex renewals, expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Pricing & Sales: Knowledge of pricing principles and value-based sales strategies in SaaS.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially with executive clients.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders via in-person meetings, calls, emails, or video conferences.
- Organization: Strong prioritization and organizational abilities, with attention to detail when managing multiple high-priority tasks.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing a business book, achieving or exceeding quotas, and enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Teamwork & Influence: Ability to collaborate across teams and influence results positively.
- Adaptability: High energy, proactive problem-solver, comfortable in fast-paced environments spanning multiple countries within EMEA and APAC.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, Italian, and French is required.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Facility Management and/or related verticals such as Retail or Restaurants.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in Spanish and German is a plus.
