We are hiring: Experienced Account Manager (Italian and French Speakers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships: Develop customer intimacy by engaging with executives and understanding key business challenges, value drivers, and goals.
  • Strategic account management: Implement win/win strategies for renewals that enhance contract value while safeguarding customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth: Identify new opportunities through new features, products, and expansion strategies.
  • Account leadership: Lead a portfolio of accounts by planning proactive renewals, collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, managing critical issues, and developing resolution strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools: Manage Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, and similar tools to ensure accurate records and forecasting.
  • Collaborate on product development: Work with Product & Engineering teams to identify future areas for innovation.
  • Travel availability: Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in SaaS account management: Proven experience in customer retention, risk mitigation, complex renewals, expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Pricing and sales expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS pricing principles and value-based sales approaches.
  • Customer relations: Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially with senior executives.
  • Effective communication: Excellent written and oral skills in diverse formats including in-person, phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks with attention to detail.
  • Track record of success: Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business, meet or exceed quotas, and improve customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to influence results and work effectively in team environments.
  • Proactive and energetic: Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-country environments across EMEA and APAC, taking initiative to drive results.
  • Language proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English, Italian, and French required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Industry experience: Background in Facility Management or related verticals, especially Retail and Restaurants.
  • Additional languages: Proficiency in Spanish and German is a plus.
