Current Opportunity: Account Manager (Italian & French Speaker)
ServiceChannel is seeking an experienced Account Manager fluency in Italian and French, eager for a challenge and ready to take the next step in their career. This role focuses on strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive growth within large enterprise accounts across Europe, with a focus on clients in both EMEA and APAC.
🌍 Location
Based in Europe, with up to 80% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships: Establish executive connections, understand key business challenges, value drivers, and goals.
- Strategic account management: Create win/win renewal strategies to enhance contract value while safeguarding customer satisfaction.
- Revenue growth: Identify opportunities for expansion, promote new features and products.
- Account leadership: Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop proactive renewal plans, collaborate with Customer Success, address critical issues, and lead resolution efforts.
- Utilize tools: Use Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, and similar platforms for record-keeping and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product & Engineering teams to identify future development opportunities.
- Travel readiness: Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%.
Required Skills & Experience
- Over 5 years of account management experience in a SaaS environment, including customer retention, risk mitigation, complex renewals, and upselling.
- Strong understanding of pricing principles and value-based sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective executive relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and oral—in English, Italian, and French.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Proven track record of managing a book of business, achieving or exceeding quotas, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
- Energetic, proactive, and a great teammate.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in Facility Management or related verticals, especially Retail or Restaurants.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and German is a plus.
