Position Summary

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for directing and optimizing all facets of our security operations, including managing field teams, enforcing policies, emergency preparedness, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a strategic, proactive leader with proven experience in security operations, team management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership 🚧
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards across the company.
  • Oversee daily operations at multiple client sites to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to promote high performance and professionalism.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and site inspections to uphold standards and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security operations or management.
• Deep knowledge of modern security systems, protocols, and risk management strategies.
• Proven leadership abilities in team development and performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
