Job Description 🔑

As a Security Architect within our Central Security Team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and maintaining our security posture. You will own and oversee key security initiatives, ensuring our products and systems are resilient against evolving threats. This role demands a dynamic leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Threat Modeling and Security Standards:
  • Lead threat modeling sessions and security standards workshops organization-wide.
  • Define and promote security best practices across the company.
• Code and Design Reviews:
  • Conduct and participate in code and design reviews to ensure adherence to security standards.
• Training and Awareness:
  • Deliver training sessions and security awareness activities.
  • Train teams on white-box security testing techniques.
• Security Guidelines and Tools:
  • Develop and maintain secure development guidelines.
  • Manage security tools, provide training, and assist developers in their use and report analysis.
• Penetration Testing and Incident Response:
  • Support external and internal penetration testing efforts.
  • Lead incident response efforts to resolve security incidents promptly.
• Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Stay current with security trends through continuous learning and community participation.
  • Become an internal expert in one or more technology domains.
• Cross-Company Collaboration:
  • Collaborate within cross-functional security groups to elevate the company's security posture.

Qualifications 📋

Experience

• Over 6 years of software development experience.
• More than 3 years in software security roles such as researcher, engineer, or architect.
• Proven leadership, ideally as a security architect within a development organization.

Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
• Expertise in secure coding practices and security testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, design principles, and risk management.
• Experience with threat modeling and security review processes.

Knowledge Base

• Familiarity with security standards such as OWASP, NIST, and SANS.
• Understanding of system hardening and network security protocols.
• Experience with security review procedures and compliance requirements.

Personal Attributes 🧑‍💻

• Leadership, motivation, and mentorship skills.
• Ability to think like a hacker and proactively identify threats.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• Security management certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or CISM.
• Experience presenting at security conferences like BlackHat or OWASP.
• Hands-on security testing and research expertise.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $180,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonuses based on performance. Compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, and knowledge. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other wellness benefits.
