What You’ll Do 🚀

Our Sales Associates are essential to our success, bringing warmth, energy, and expertise to every customer interaction. You’ll help customers find the perfect eyewear while creating a fun and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and fostering long-term relationships. Assist both new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Become a Vision Expert: Provide personalized advice and recommend eyewear solutions tailored to each customer's lifestyle and style preferences.
  • Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver top-tier service.
  • Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive store environment.
  • Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing for an optimized customer experience.
  • Foster Inclusion & Respect: Cultivate an inclusive environment for both customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

  • Passion for Customer Service: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help others are key.
  • Sales Savvy: Ability to engage customers and drive sales in a fast-paced environment using excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfort with technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy in transactions.
  • Fashion Forward: Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with an eye for helping customers find their perfect look.
  • Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Resilient and eager to learn, adjusting to a dynamic retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Pay Range: $16.90 - $21.58

Pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses and commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
