Role Overview
The way our employees learn is evolving. This role brings creativity, experience, and passion for learning to meet business needs through a blended learning platform. The focus will be on Operations training programs, in partnership with the Learning and Development team to leverage corporate initiatives. As a Training Coordinator, you will facilitate training for a team, coordinate function-specific programs, and work on continuously improving training materials. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding and training seasonal employees. 🎯
How You Will Make An Impact
- Bring creativity and passion for learning via a blended platform to meet business needs
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to leverage corporate programs
- Facilitate and coordinate function-specific training programs
- Continuously improve training materials and methods
- Lead onboarding and training for seasonal employees
What You Bring To The Team
- Effective communication across all levels, from executives to new hires
- Ability to perform task analysis and create/validate Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience in conducting personal and professional improvement training using a participant-centered approach
- Proficiency in tracking training completion, cross-training effectiveness, and employee skills
- Active participation in Fulfillment or Manufacturing Center meetings
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and recommend improvements for training programs
- Willingness to work across various shifts during peak seasons
- Experience working with and training a diverse workforce
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Where You’ll Work & What’s Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish 🗣️
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer usage, e-mail, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Fulfillment/Manufacturing processes and workflow
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Situational leadership experience and knowledge
- Comfortable presenting in classroom or tour environments
- 6-12 months of facilitating adult learning theories and training principles (preferred)
- 6-12 months of training or technical writing experience (preferred)
