Job Summary

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will deliver essential passenger and customer services as contracted by our clients. Your responsibilities include reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal/gate check-in, greeting arriving passengers, VIP handling, providing special assistance, managing customer complaints, and other duties as assigned.

💰 The pay rate is $21.50/hour. This is a part-time role with potential opportunities to transition into a full-time position.

Your Activities 🌟

  • Inspect and verify passenger documentation
  • Strongly preferred: Bilingual in Mandarin-Cantonese and English
  • Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations
  • Manage passenger baggage processing, including handling and fee calculations if applicable
  • Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes, supporting those with special needs such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIPs, and wheelchair assistance
  • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures as required
  • Make public address announcements when needed
  • Support Ramp Service Agents by ensuring wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are ready for loading and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, municipal, airport, and carrier security requirements, as well as Swissport SOPs and policies
  • Operate equipment including jet ways, computers, and reservation/ticketing software
  • Produce all necessary work-related documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Profile ✅

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must possess Clear ID
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with relevant work experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the country-specific language
  • Additional language skills are desirable
  • Committed to continuous self-improvement
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Attentive to detail and numerate
  • Ability to follow processes and adapt flexibly as needed
  • Proficient in typing and learning airline-specific reservation and ticketing software
  • Willing to work in various weather conditions
