Job Summary

The Passenger Service Agent provides all required passenger and customer services as contracted by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Reservations and ticketing
  • Baggage processing
  • Terminal/gate check-in
  • Jetway operation
  • Greeting arriving passengers
  • Handling VIPs and special passenger assistance
  • Addressing customer complaints
  • Other duties as assigned

The position offers an expected pay rate of $21.50/hour. It is a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment. 💼⏩

Your Activities

  • Inspect and verify passenger documentation
  • Strongly preferred: Bilingual in Mandarin-Cantonese and English
  • Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight disruptions
  • Handle baggage processing and fee calculation if applicable
  • Assist passengers during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIPs, and wheelchair assistance
  • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes
  • Make public address announcements as required
  • Support Ramp Service Agents by ensuring wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery
  • Comply with all security requirements and Swissport Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Operate equipment such as jetways, computers, and reservation/ticketing software
  • Produce and maintain all work-related documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must carry valid ID
  • Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the main language of operation
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Ability to follow processes and adapt flexibly when needed
  • Proficient in typing and learning airline-specific reservation and ticketing software
  • Willing to work in various weather conditions
