Job Summary
The Passenger Service Agent plays a key role in delivering all required passenger and customer services, including reservation management, ticketing, baggage processing, check-in, VIP services, handling customer complaints, and more. 🧳✈️
This is a part-time position with an hourly pay rate of $21.50, offering potential transition to full-time employment in the future.
Your Activities
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation ✅
- Bilingual skills in Mandarin-Cantonese/English strongly preferred
- Issue boarding passes and reschedule flights affected by delays or cancellations ✈️
- Manage baggage processing and fee calculations if applicable 🧳
- Assist passengers through arrival and check-in procedures, including special needs support (e.g., unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair assistance) 🧑🦽🎟️
- Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes 🚪🛂
- Make public address announcements as needed 📢
- Support Ramp Service Agents in handling wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage 🚶♂️🛄
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, SOPs, and policies 🔐
- Operate equipment such as jet bridges, reservation/ticketing software, and computers 💻
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation ✍️
- Perform other duties as assigned 🚧
Your Profile
- High School diploma or GED equivalent 🎓
- Must hold a valid, clear ID 🆔
- Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience ❤️
- Excellent communication skills in the required language(s) 🗣️
- Additional languages are a plus 🌐
- Commitment to continuous improvement 🔄
- Self-motivated and able to work independently 💪
- Attentive to detail and numerate 🧮
- Ability to follow processes and adapt when necessary 🔧
- Proficient in typing and learning airline-specific reservation systems 💻
- Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions ⛈️
