About the Role
Welocalize is seeking German-speaking individuals for a Search Quality Rater position. Your task is to understand human search behavior, optimize online search engine use, and contribute to AI data development by providing subjective and objective ratings based on project guidelines. Tasks will be conducted in German.
This is a flexible, freelance role with the freedom to set your own working hours—support from management is available during CET business hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM).
Job Details
- Job Title: Search Quality Rater
- Work Location: Remote (within Germany only)
- Working Hours: 10-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling
- Compensation: Up to $16.50 USD gross per hour (varies by task complexity)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Employment Type: Freelance
Note: Weekly hours may fluctuate based on project needs.
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills
- Good English language proficiency
- Residing in Germany
- Strong knowledge of German pop culture
- Exclusive work within the Search Quality Rater program, not other search or ad evaluation programs
- No prior experience as an Ads Quality Rater required
- Excellent internet research skills and quick adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable computer and internet connection, with active antivirus software
- Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to client rules and conventions
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect client information
- Completion of learning modules and passing a mandatory quality test before starting work
