Scheduling Call Center Representative — Full Time Opportunity
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Summary
Responsible for centralized scheduling for a medical practice's physicians and mid-level providers across all locations. Handles all incoming calls to the central appointment line, provides customer-friendly responses, and directs non-appointment inquiries to the appropriate teams. Manages online appointment coordination, follow-up, and distributes patient information as needed.
Essential Functions

Customer Service 🗣️
Serve as the first point of contact for nearly all patients, maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times.

Appointment Scheduling 📅
Coordinate and schedule appointments for clinicians across various practice locations.

Referring Physicians 🏥
Manage incoming appointment requests from referring physicians to ensure smooth coordination.

Registration 📝
Assist in registering patients from referring physicians, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.
Requirements
Education: Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college) with specialized field knowledge.
Experience: 1-3 years in a related role.
