About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others to coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure smooth operations within our home care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, offering prompt, courteous, and professional support to uphold our high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate and assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability, skills, and patient needs.
• Process payroll accurately for caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Proactively address and resolve concerns raised by patients, caregivers, or internal team members to maintain seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a home care office setting preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in Russian
