Seeking a bilingual Korean SAP MM Consultant to provide expert support, process optimization, and system implementation guidance within SAP Logistics modules. Join our team to influence process improvements and deliver exceptional user support worldwide!
Position: SAP MM Consultant (Bilingual-Korean) 🌏
Key Responsibilities 🚀

Process Design & Optimization: Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements. Document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend system improvements, and support SAP consultants as needed.

Communication & Implementation: Coordinate with HQ for managing and optimizing new and existing SAP Logistics processes to support customer needs.

User Support & Training: Offer comprehensive support to users across all relevant sites. Understand end-user technical requirements in SAP MM, deliver training and documentation, and foster strong ongoing relationships.

Issue Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor system issues, review performance metrics, and generate reports to inform operations.

System Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary on-call support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
Qualifications ✅
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
- Hands-on experience configuring and designing in an ECC 6 or HANA environment.
- Experience processing various EDI document types and familiarity with related systems.
- Understanding of the system development lifecycle and application development dynamics.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations such as IDOC and RFC.
- Willing to travel internationally for business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
- Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Deep technical understanding of EDI systems and architecture.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to challenge practices constructively and draw relevant conclusions.
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
