Job Description
The ideal candidate will transform business needs into effective technical solutions, leading the shift from manual workflows to automated system interfaces. This role involves balancing high-priority deployment and configuration tasks with strategic oversight to ensure system usability, data integrity, and robust security measures. 🚀
Must Have: Experience (3+ years) in the following areas
- Requirement Gathering, Translation & Scrum Management: Proficient in using Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to convert complex requests from sales and other teams into clear user stories and actionable technical solutions. 📝
- PMO Tool Fluency: Expert in managing project pipelines, tracking dependencies, and providing visibility for cross-functional stakeholders. 🔍
- Salesforce Administration & Configuration: Hands-on experience updating fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, record types, and approval processes. 🛠️
- Troubleshooting & Escalation: Acts as first-line support to diagnose issues such as failed workflows, access problems, or quoting errors, with clear escalation to developers. ⚠️
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Leads requirement sessions and reviews designs with developers to ensure practical, user-friendly solutions that address business needs. 🤝
Experience Required
- UAT & Deployment: Conducts testing of new features, validates real-world scenarios, and supports go-live activities with post-release checks. ✅
- User Support, Security & Permissions: Provides ongoing support, manages user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. 🔐
- Usability Enhancement: Proposes improvements in naming conventions, structure, or logic to enhance navigation and reduce user confusion. 🧭
- Data Integrity: Prepares and validates migration data, cleans duplicates, and maps fields effectively. 🗃️
- Training & Documentation: Develops manuals, and delivers training sessions on new features and configurations to ensure user adoption. 📚
- Operational Alignment: Participates in pipeline reviews and operational syncs to stay aligned with priorities and address roadblocks. 🔄
Experience Preferred
- Release Management: Manages end-to-end release processes, including deployment verification, post-release checks, and handling urgent production issues. 🛡️
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborates with various teams to stay informed about priorities and potential system constraints. 🤝
- Knowledge Management: Builds and maintains a resource library of system references to facilitate support and reduce wait times. 📁
Expertise Required
- Technical Solutioning: Creates solutions that address real business problems without overcomplicating systems. ⚙️
- English Communication (Eligible): Capable of leading technical discussions and reviewing designs clearly with stakeholders, with over 60% located in the US. 🗣️
- Logical Reasoning: Quickly diagnoses system issues and effectively communicates technical contexts for escalation. 💡
Education & Certification Requirements
Candidates must possess Salesforce certifications, including:
- Salesforce Admin Certification
