A leading mobile app enterprise is seeking a talented Bilingual Spanish Instructional Designer to enhance their training initiatives across multiple regions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a flair for developing engaging training experiences, this role is perfect for you! 🚀

Position Details

  • Location: Hybrid in Miami or San Francisco preferred
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible hours
  • Support: Teams across Europe, Asia, and LATAM
  • Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for extension
  • Pay Rate: $64.81/hr in Miami, $62.58/hr in California, or $55-$60/hr remote

Team & Responsibilities

As part of the Latam Sales Training and Enablement team, you will contribute to co-designing impactful training programs, managing implementation, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your role will balance training facilitation, project management, and change management to empower commercial teams worldwide. 🌍

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Large-Scale Systems Rollouts: Design and execute instructor-led training events, prepare teams with sandbox and SFDC access, track participation, and coordinate logistics with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging instructor-led sessions, gather feedback, and ensure comprehensive coverage of training goals.
  • User Support & Adoption: Facilitate new hire onboarding, ongoing workshops, and follow-up sessions; monitor adoption metrics and provide support via Slack or other channels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify training gaps, gather stakeholder feedback, and propose agile solutions for ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional stakeholders to adapt training to their needs and foster a responsive learning environment.
  • Be Proactive & Agile: Thrive in a fast-moving startup setting with a proactive approach to responsibilities and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience: As an Instructional Designer and Program Manager, preferably with Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Training on sales skills and systems; advanced SFDC platform knowledge; LMS familiarity; data-driven improvement skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Additional Skills: Adult learning, design thinking, Google Suite, and managing fast-paced projects.

Additional Details
