Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a leading mobile app enterprise to bring you an exciting opportunity to shape training experiences across the globe. We are hiring a Bilingual Spanish Instructional Designer to support diverse teams with engaging and meaningful learning initiatives.
Position Details
- Location: Hybrid in Miami or San Francisco preferred 🌴🌉
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible working hours 🕗
- Support: Teams across Europe, Asia, and LATAM in multiple time zones 🌍
- Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension 📅
- Pay Rate: $64.81/hr in Miami, $62.58/hr in California, $55-$60/hr remote 💰
Team & Role Overview
Within the Latam Sales Training and Enablement team, you'll work alongside Program Managers and Training Facilitators to co-design impactful training experiences and assist with implementation. The role balances:
- 30% Instructional Design
- 30% Program Management
- 40% Facilitation & Training Delivery
In this dynamic role, you will leverage your talents in training facilitation and change management to empower our commercial teams. The ideal candidate is technical, energetic, driven, and self-starting, with experience in large-scale system implementations and customer-facing team training.
Key Responsibilities
- System Rollout Implementation:
- Create instructor-led training sessions 📚
- Prepare teams for training (sandbox, SFDC access, etc.)
- Manage course curriculum and track participation (ILT & e-learning)
- Follow-up with managers about attendance and engagement
- Coordinate logistics with cross-functional teams
- Simplify complex concepts through stories and examples
- Training Delivery & Support:
- Lead instructor-led training sessions for assigned groups 🗣️
- Collect and share feedback from participants and managers
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and sales skills workshops
- Host ongoing office hours and follow-up sessions
- Shadow implementation efforts and review adoption metrics
- Manage Slack support channels and escalate issues as needed
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to address needs and resolve requests 🤝
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, gather feedback, and propose agile solutions
- Be adaptable, proactive, and ready to hustle in a fast-growing environment!
Qualifications
- Experience: Instructional Designer and Program Manager roles; Agile methodologies a plus 🚀
- Sales Training: Experience in sales skills and systems training
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SFDC platform and LMS environments
- Project Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results
- Learning & Feedback: Capable of translating feedback into content and process improvements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline 🎓
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Additional Skills: Experience with adult learning, design thinking, Google Suite 📈
