Position Overview

Location: Remote

Contract Type: Full-time, consultant contract

Currently, the company does not operate a local entity, so the role will be offered on a consultancy basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Coordination: Manage the entire order process, from preparation to execution and logistics follow-up, ensuring on-time, complete deliveries.
• Sales Support: Assist sales representatives across various European regions by tracking open orders and proactively identifying potential delays or issues.
• Internal Liaison: Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, production, and finance departments to facilitate smooth order processing.
• Payments and Documentation: Work closely with sales support and finance teams to monitor payments and resolve discrepancies, maintaining accurate transaction records within ERP/CRM systems.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer service metrics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Additional Support: Provide customer service and sales assistance as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Italian.
