📝 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders: Manage the entire ordering process from preparation to logistics follow-up to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
• Support sales teams: Assist sales representatives across various European countries by tracking open orders and addressing potential delays proactively.
• Collaborate with internal departments: Liaise with logistics, supply chain, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor payments: Work with sales support and finance teams to oversee order payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate transaction documentation within ERP/CRM systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer service levels.
• Customer support: Provide additional support related to customer service and sales as needed.
