Position Overview
Location: Remote
Contract: Full-time, consultant contract (Note: The company currently does not have a local entity, so the role will be offered on a consultancy basis.)
Role & Responsibilities
- Customer Coordination: Manage the entire ordering process—from order preparation to execution and logistics follow-up—to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
- Support Sales Teams: Assist sales representatives across various European countries by continuously tracking open orders and proactively resolving potential delays or issues.
- Internal Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, supply chain, production, and finance to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Financial Coordination: Work closely with sales support and finance teams to monitor payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate transaction records within the company's ERP/CRM systems, ensuring proper documentation according to internal policies and local regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer service metrics.
- Customer Service: Provide additional support related to customer service and sales as needed.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Italian is essential.
