Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with the possibility of renewal)

Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Shifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Days Off: Sundays + 1 rotational day off per week
  • Base Salary: €1,024 for 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: €225 per 12 months
  • Position Bonus (Braga only): €20 per 12 months
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day
  • Transport Allowance: €20 per month
  • Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
  • Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates moving within Portugal

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing reservations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring every customer interaction upholds the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
  • Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
  • Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
  • Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting digital tools
  • Skilled in communication and multitasking
  • Resilient, calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
