• Annual Wage: $45,000 - $60,000
• Bonus: $5,000 annually (paid once a year)

About the Role 📋

We are looking to hire a dedicated full-time Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing inorganic chemical raw material procurement, manufacturing support, and shipment logistics. The role encompasses preparing documentation for both international and domestic shipments, coordinating shipping schedules, and ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

• Support sales activities and manage logistics for inorganic chemical raw materials.
• Prepare shipment documentation for international and domestic deliveries.
• Coordinate shipping schedules to align with customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications 🎓

• Native-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience in international logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Work Conditions & Perks 🕒

• This is a full-time position.
• Standard working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when customer or supplier needs arise due to the time difference with Japan and China.
• Remote or hybrid work options are not available.
