Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales: Engage across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video, and social media outreach for B2B (business-to-business) opportunities.
- Identify key contacts: Utilize Sales Navigator and other methods to target decision-makers and desk contacts.
- Sales pipeline management: Actively nurture and move prospects through the sales process.
- CRM documentation: Record all relevant interactions with prospects and customers using Salesforce.
- Lead transition: Convert qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to close deals.
- Performance reporting: Review and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics to support achieving targets.
Additional Information
Working Hours & Structure 🕒
- Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a fully paid 1-hour break
- Hybrid Role: 3 days remote (Wednesday & Thursday) and 2 days in the office
Training & Compensation 💼
- Salary in Greece: € (gross) per month + quarterly bonus (gross)
- Salary in Bulgaria: € (gross) per month + quarterly bonus (gross)
- Relocation: Assistance with moving to Greece or Bulgaria, including flight reimbursement, 2-week hotel stay, and advance payment.
- Remote work outside Greece/Bulgaria: Not permitted
Requirements ✨
- Language skills: English and German at minimum C1 level (spoken and written)
- Experience: 2.5 to 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the tech or advertising sales sector
- Creative thinking: Ability to tailor messaging effectively for different conversations
- Personal traits: Ambitious, confident, outgoing, and a self-starter with a growth mindset
- Time management: Strong organizational skills and independence in work
- CRM experience: Prior exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
- Sales experience: Working with warm leads, cold outreach, and research techniques
