As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing your own client base, with the chance to make a difference and earn attractive commissions. We are currently seeking a Croatian or Polish-speaking Sales Specialist in Gdansk, Poland, or someone working remotely from Poland, with immediate start.
Your Role in Our Team
- No cold calling! Provide advice to caregivers who have expressed interest and build your own pipeline.
- Discuss potential care assignments with caregivers and support them during transitions and emergencies.
- Manage your caregiver base independently, acting as their main point of contact throughout their assignments.
- Maintain regular communication with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist.
- Share best practices for conflict resolution with caregivers.
- Collaborate closely with our international teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide constructive feedback to help improve internal processes and enhance customer experience.
Your Profile
- Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care.
- Enjoy making phone calls; with your friendly demeanor, you easily convince caregivers to join marta.
- Personable, open, and communicative personality.
- Winner's mentality: eager to learn quickly, push initiatives forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team.
- Fluent in either Croatian or Polish (C2), and proficient in English or German (>B2).
- Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an advantage.
