Marta is seeking a Sales Specialist to join us in Gdansk, Poland, or remotely from Poland, with immediate start. You'll have the chance to build your own client base, enjoy attractive commissions, and make a meaningful social contribution.

Your Role In Our Team

• 🌟 No cold calling! You will advise caregivers who have already shown interest and develop your own pipeline.
• 🤝 Discuss potential care assignments with caregivers and assist them during transitions and emergencies.
• 🛠️ Independently manage your caregiver base and serve as their main contact during assignments.
• 📞 Maintain regular communication with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys with the families they serve.
• 📝 Share best practices for conflict resolution with caregivers.
• 🌍 Collaborate closely with our international teams.
• 💡 Provide constructive feedback to help improve internal processes and customer experience.

Your Profile

• 🎯 Previous experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care.
• 😊 Enjoy making phone calls and convincing caregivers to join Marta with your friendly and personable demeanor.
• ✨ Known for your open, communicative personality and positive attitude.
• 🏆 Have a winner's mentality: eager to learn, motivated to push forward, and willing to go the extra mile for your team.
• 🗣️ Fluency in Croatian or Polish (C2), along with good command of English or German (>B2).
• 💻 Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.
