Job Requirements

• Japanese nationality, with a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficiency in Business Chinese or Business English is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing or sales-related roles at a Japanese brand company or general trading company.
• Experience in international trade within sectors such as textiles, bags, footwear, or electronics is preferred.
• Experience in sales team management is a plus.
• Strong self-motivation, innovative thinking, and excellent planning and execution abilities.
• Excellent teamwork spirit with the ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of Japanese market trends, with an emphasis on production quality management and third-party inspection services.
• Develop annual sales strategies, action plans, and performance targets.
• Manage and expand sales channels, actively seeking partnerships and new customer networks.
• Identify business opportunities, assess customer needs, and drive transaction closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, fostering continuous growth and deeper cooperation.
• Achieve sales targets while effectively managing related costs.
