About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, managing high-volume interactions and driving growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • 📞 Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video, and social media outreach for B2B (business to business).
  • 🔍 Identify key contacts using Sales Navigator and other prospecting methods.
  • 📈 Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring prospects move smoothly through each stage.
  • 📝 Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions within CRM (Salesforce).
  • 🚀 Transition qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to finalize transactions.
  • 📊 Review and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics to support goal achievement.

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a fully paid 1-hour break.
  • Hybrid Role: 3 days remote (Wednesday & Thursday in the office).
  • Training: Provided to support your success.

Salary & Relocation Details

For Bulgaria

  • Monthly Salary: Euro gross + performance bonus (quarterly)

For Greece

  • Monthly Salary: €1150 gross + project bonus (€150/month) + performance bonus (€1000 quarterly)

Additional Perks

  • 🛫 Relocation Package: Full support including flight reimbursement, 2-week hotel stay, and advance payment.
  • 🌍 Relocation to Greece or Bulgaria is mandatory; remote work outside these locations is not permitted.

Requirements

  • 🗣️ Proficiency in English and Italian at a minimum C1 level (speaking and writing).
  • 🧑‍💻 2.5 to 5 years of relevant customer-facing sales or customer service experience, preferably within the tech advertising sector.
  • 💡 Ability to think creatively and quickly adapt messaging to different conversations.
  • 🔥 Driven, confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong growth mindset.
  • ⏳ Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • 📝 Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • 🔎 Proven experience working with warm leads, cold outreach, and market research.
