We're seeking a motivated sales professional to manage and execute high-volume sales processes, ensuring smooth progression through all stages of the sales funnel. If you're passionate about sales, fluent in English and Italian, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel through phone calls, emails, video conferencing, and social media outreach, primarily for B2B (business-to-business) engagements 📞💻📧
  • Identify key decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk targets to find prospects effectively 🎯
  • Actively maintain and update the sales pipeline, focusing on advancing prospects through each funnel stage
  • Document all interactions with prospects and customers within CRM systems like Salesforce for accurate tracking and reporting 📝
  • Transition qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to close transactions smoothly
  • Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to support achieving and exceeding sales goals 📊

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, including a fully paid 1-hour break 🕒
  • Work Mode: Hybrid role — 3 days working from home; Wednesdays and Thursdays at the office 🏡🏢
  • Training & Compensation:
    • Bulgaria: Salary of Euro gross per month + quarterly performance bonus 💶
    • Greece: €1150 gross per month + €150 project bonus + €1000 quarterly performance bonus 💶
  • Relocation & Support: Assistance with relocating to Greece or Bulgaria, including flight reimbursement, 2-week hotel stay, and advance payment ✈️🏨💼
  • Remote Work Policy: Remote work outside Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian (speaking and writing) at a minimum C1 level 🗣️✍️
  • Experience: 2.5 to 5 years in customer-facing sales or customer service roles, preferably within the tech or advertising sales sectors 💼
  • Creative Thinking & Reactivity: Ability to craft tailored messaging and respond swiftly to different conversations 🎨⚡
  • Personality Traits: Ambitious, confident, outgoing, self-starter with a growth mindset 🚀
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently ⏳
  • CRM Experience: Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record working on warm leads, cold outreach, and research 💡
