The Opportunity

As a Sales Specialist, your role will be to convert warm leads into sizzling opportunities and delighted clients. Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging in a consultative sales approach, diving deep into prospects’ business challenges and advising on optimal solutions 🤝
- Building value and rapport with prospects and colleagues ❤️
- Managing the entire sales cycle — from qualifying, pitching, follow-ups, submitting contracts, to closing deals 🚪
- Utilizing CRM tools for sales pipeline tracking, ensuring all records are timely and accurate 📊
- Developing, managing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline 🌱
- Converting prospects from multiple lead sources 🔄
- Demonstrating strong sales skills and continuously developing your closing techniques 🏅
- Achieving or surpassing established sales goals 🎯
- Positively representing our company's services and offerings 🌟
Skills and Abilities
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A strong work ethic, persuasiveness, and coachability 💪
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ⚡
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 🖥️
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and multitasking ability 🗂️
- Solid business acumen and consultative selling techniques 🧠
Qualifications
Basic requirements include:
- At least three (3) years of sales experience 📈
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (asset) 🇺🇸🇪🇸
Preferred qualifications to stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline 🎓
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce 🛠️
- Experience selling within a freight factoring environment 🚚
