About the Role

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be the vital link between customers and the iconic T-Mobile brand. You'll thrive in a lively, energetic setting, showcasing the latest phones, plans, and accessories with enthusiasm. Your passion for creating genuine relationships will shine as you serve customers and collaborate with team members. 🤝

Essential Functions

• Provides **world-class customer service** by greeting customers, answering calls, and assessing their needs 👋📞
• Achieves monthly revenue goals through new account acquisition, upselling existing customers, and identifying revenue opportunities 📈
• Builds lasting relationships with customers and colleagues across all channels 🌟
• Assists in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, managing cash, inventory, and deposits as per operational standards 💰🔒
• Ensures compliance with company policies and maintains store standards, including cleanliness and organization 🧹
• Patiently explores customer needs, supporting service activations, bill payments, equipment replacements, and selling accessories 🔧🛍️
• Meets and exceeds assigned performance metrics 🎯

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED 🎓
• Must be at least 18 years old 📅
• Minimum 6 months of retail and/or sales experience with a focus on customer service 💬
• Legally authorized to work in the United States 🇺🇸
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment 🕒🎉
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor 😊
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills 🧠
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal ✍️🗣️
• Reliable transportation 🚗
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds 🏋️‍♂️
