This role offers an exciting opportunity to sell products and services directly to customers within assigned multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties, engaging in face-to-face interactions through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events. Key Responsibilities

• Legal Work Status: Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Sell products and services to customers in non-bulk MDU areas/properties with 20+ doors.
  • Engage customers through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events.
  • Generate additional revenue by offering new or additional services to existing customers.
• Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customer issues, complaints, and ensure problem resolution according to company policies.
• Market & Competitor Awareness: Stay informed on competitors’ activities and inform management of pricing or marketing changes.
• Team Participation: Attend sales meetings, training programs, and contribute actively.
• Administrative & Financial:
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately, including orders and reports.
  • Handle funds and issue receipts in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Strong cold call sales skills, persuasive communication, and clarity in messaging.
• Ability to travel using a personal vehicle, including during adverse weather conditions.
• Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in any season.
• Proficient in computer systems, consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers), and software applications.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months in sales or customer service roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of communications technologies, especially data networking.
• Familiarity with cable or telecommunications services.
• Experience in consumer product education.
• Proven success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling (preferred but not required).
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian (preferred).
• Sales experience of 1+ years is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Spend approximately 80% of time outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 10-20 pounds over distances of 20-30 feet.
• Work involves moderate noise levels.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and split days off.

Additional Information

🚀 Compensation & Benefits: The base salary ranges from $33,200 to $66,000, with potential to earn additional incentives and bonuses. The commission earnings target starts at $65,000.
