NEXRA is the innovative operating system powering modern business infrastructure across various sectors, including shipping, payments, hospitality, and more. We are expanding our sales presence in Europe and are seeking dynamic, commercially-savvy professionals to take ownership of their territory in Italy.
The Role
As one of the first NEXRA representatives in Italy, you will play a pivotal role in generating and closing new business opportunities. Your initial focus will be on promoting NEXRA Express—our shipping aggregator offering below-market carrier rates—and/or Payments. This position is ideal for highly motivated, commission-only sales professionals seeking uncapped earnings and true autonomy. As your client base grows, you will introduce the broader NEXRA ecosystem, earning additional commissions through cross-selling multiple modules.
Responsibilities
- 🔍 Prospect, qualify, and close new business within your territory, focusing initially on NEXRA Express and Payments.
- 🔄 Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- 📊 Build and maintain a well-documented and healthy sales pipeline within NEXRA's CRM system.
- 🤝 Identify cross-sell opportunities during client interactions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) across the NEXRA ecosystem.
- 🌐 Develop referral networks in logistics, hospitality, F&B, retail, and payments sectors.
- 📝 Provide weekly reports on pipeline activity and sales forecasts to the Country Sales Manager.
Ideal Background — We Are Actively Targeting People From
- 🚚 Logistics & Shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Evri, TNT, GLS, Mondial Relay — experience as an account manager, business development manager, or sales executive.
- 💳 Fintech & Payments: Revolut Business, Dojo, SumUp, Square, Adyen, Worldpay, Elavon, Zettle (PayPal) — selling to SMEs or hospitality/retail sectors.
- 🏨 Hospitality Technology: Oracle MICROS, Lightspeed, Mews, Cloudbeds, Guestline, Shiji, eviivo.
- 🍽️ Restaurant & F&B Technology: Deliveroo, Just Eat, Flipdish, Vita Mojo, Otter, Lightspeed Restaurant.
- 💻 SaaS / B2B Tech Sales: Any company providing solutions to hospitality, retail, or SME markets.
Requirements
- ✅ Minimum of 2 years proven B2B sales experience in one of the above sectors.
- ✅ Demonstrated success in self-generating a sales pipeline and closing deals independently—reliance on inbound leads is not sufficient.
- 🗣️ Native or fluent Italian language skills.
- 💰 Comfortable and motivated by a commission-only compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.
- 🤝 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- 🌟 Existing network within logistics, hospitality, F&B, payments, or retail sectors is considered a significant advantage.
