Join Our Team as a Customer Sales Representative 🚀
We’re seeking motivated individuals who can work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Sell products and services to residents in non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) with 20+ doors through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events.
- Customer Experience: Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer journey.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet monthly sales targets and increase sales volume and penetration via assigned leads and property portfolios.
- Revenue Generation: Generate additional revenue by upselling services to existing customers.
- Customer Problem Resolution: Respond to customer issues per company policy, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Competitive Awareness: Stay informed on competitors’ activities and inform management of any changes in pricing or marketing strategies.
- Team Participation: Attend and contribute to sales meetings and training sessions.
- Documentation & Funds: Complete all sales paperwork accurately, manage funds, and provide receipts according to company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Strong cold calling, persuasion, and clear communication skills
- Ability to travel to assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, even during inclement weather
- Capability to work outdoors for extended periods across all seasons and weather conditions
- Familiarity with computer systems, communication devices (smartphones, PDAs, routers, etc.), and software applications
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 0 to 6 months in sales or customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of communication technologies and data networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with cable or telecommunications services
- Experience in educating consumers about products and services
- Success in cold calling, prospecting, or direct sales (preferred but not required)
Working Conditions
- Spend approximately 80% of time outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lift objects weighing 10-20 pounds over distances of 20-30 feet
- Operate in moderate noise environments
- Work evenings and weekends as required
- Variable hours including holidays and split days off

Legal & Compensation Information
Your criminal history, if any, will be considered in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances.
The base salary generally ranges from $33,200 to $66,000, with the actual offer depending on skills, experience, and location. Additionally, certain roles are eligible for bonuses and other incentives.
This position includes a commission target starting at $65,000.
