🔑 Key Responsibilities

• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN KOREAN
• Lead Generation:
  • Prospect daily for 1-2 hours
  • Obtain referrals from families
  • Build community and civic relationships
  • Present and explain services to families
  • Track activity levels to ensure productivity
• Build Relationships with Families:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
  • Listen and communicate honestly and empathetically
  • Understand family needs and offer valuable solutions
  • Maintain contact to ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare thoroughly for appointments with professionalism
  • Follow up on customer requests and concerns
  • Build trust to earn referrals and educate families on pre-planning benefits
• Teamwork:
  • Support services from initial contact through aftercare
  • Collaborate with funeral directors, managers, and staff
  • Review past family contacts to support current needs
  • Share concerns within the SCI team

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of college or equivalent education/experience
• Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; insurance license if required by law
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Pass internal presentation certification within 30 days
  • Bilingual in Korean
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to drive frequently
  • Flexible hours, sometimes up to 12 hours/day
  • Empathy, respect, and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and software knowledge

💰 Compensation and Benefits

Target Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually

The estimated total target compensation in the first year typically ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually, primarily driven by a strong commission-based incentive. In subsequent years, earnings often reach $100,000 to $150,000 or more annually. Actual pay varies based on individual performance, location, and business conditions.

Note: As part of the total compensation plan, this role pays no less than $16.60 per hour for all hours worked.
