The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the strategic backbone for our sales leadership team. This role involves managing HQ documentation, CRM data, and trade show logistics, enabling the Sales Director and Manager to focus on strategic initiatives. The position combines administrative expertise with direct exposure to vendor relations and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • 🤝 Acts as the primary administrative liaison between the Sales Department and Headquarters, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • 🗃️ Manages department documentation, drafts internal memos, and supports executive-level reporting to streamline monthly closing processes.
  • 📝 Maintains CRM and sales data integrity by importing leads, generating reports, updating records, and performing rigorous cross-checks.
  • ✈️ Coordinates logistics for meetings, seminars, and trade shows—including travel arrangements and sales/marketing collateral preparation.
  • 🌱 Oversees lead generation workflows, ensuring prospective vendors are correctly identified and efficiently routed.
  • ⏱️ Handles multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines for both local sales teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • 📊 Analyzes industry market trends and competitor activities to aid leadership in identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • 👥 Shadows senior team members during vendor site visits and training for product knowledge and sales skill development.
  • 🌍 Travels as needed to support exhibitions and trade shows, managing operational and administrative on-site needs.
  • 💼 Upholds company values and performs additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 💡 Self-motivated with a willingness to learn advanced medical technology
  • 🧹 Highly organized with a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
  • 💬 Excellent customer service, professionalism, respectful, and considerate attitude
  • 💻 Proficient in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 🔹 CRM proficiency (preferred)
  • 🛠️ Knowledge of the industry, shipping, and incoterms (preferred)
  • ⚙️ Technical understanding of X-ray systems
  • 🤝 Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • 🏋️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally for trade shows and transport

Minimum Requirements

  • 🔸 1+ years of successful B2B sales or sales support experience (preferred)
  • 🌐 Experience building and managing vendor relationships
  • 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ✈️ Ability to travel within the U.S., Central, and South America
  • 📝 Bilingual in Korean is required
  • 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
