📝 About the Role

We offer a flexible, result-oriented work format:

• Approx. 50% Home-Office: Managing CRM, strategy planning, and remote client support.
• Approx. 50% Field Work: Visiting nail salons, distributors, and attending industry trade shows (traveling across the assigned territory).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned US region.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with Vietnamese-owned beauty businesses and training centers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct face-to-face negotiations and product presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine local strategy.

🔑 Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Vietnamese and English is mandatory.
• Bonus Skill: Proficiency in Russian will be a huge advantage.
• Experience: 1+ years in active B2B sales.
• Mobility: Must have a valid Driver’s License and own a personal vehicle.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for field visits (minimum 5 days per month).
• Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, self-organization, and a results-driven mindset.
