🔍 Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our premium heating and cooling product sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, relationship management expertise, and a knack for working collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.

This role involves achieving maximum sales growth and account penetration in assigned territories or market segments by actively engaging and securing new business opportunities.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach and new relationship building
  • Demonstrate products and assist customers in selecting the best options for their needs
  • Support after-sales services alongside the company’s technical support team
  • Develop and execute on and off marketing strategies and plans
  • Plan effectively for B2C business expansion and growth
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers
  • Conduct calls, visits, and presentations to potential clients
  • Research sources and data to identify potential customers
  • Prepare clear and compelling proposals and quotations for clients
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with management, accounting, logistics, and technical teams
  • Compare and highlight the advantages of our products versus competitors
  • Plan annual budgets for marketing and promotional events
  • Organize personal sales strategies to maximize ROI within designated territories or segments
  • Keep management informed through reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, and industry events
  • Develop strategic plans specifically for B2C business growth

🎓 Requirements

  • Bi-lingual in Korean and English
  • Experience in online marketing (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and B2C sales
  • Proficiency in computer skills and presentation tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a driven attitude
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with headquarters or corporate offices
  • Strategic planning and multi-team collaboration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Pay Scale: $110,000 - $120,000 annually (DOE) + eligibility for an annual bonus
