The Role

We are seeking a Relationship-Focused Sales Manager to spearhead outreach and develop partnerships with Jewish communities across the United States. This role is ideal for individuals who understand Jewish communal life and excel at building trust-based, long-term relationships. 🤝

You will act as the primary contact for synagogue leaders, rabbis, federation professionals, and community organizations—introducing Memoriz+ and guiding its adoption within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Jewish community leaders, synagogues, federations, and organizations across the U.S.
• Proactively conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Present the value and cultural importance of Memoriz+ to Jewish communities
• Identify and research target communities and decision-makers
• Develop customized outreach strategies aligned with community needs and values
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to community adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth and partnership goals

Requirements

• Fluent or native English and Hebrew (required)
• US-based location
• Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or community development
• Familiarity with Jewish community structures, values, and leadership (a strong advantage)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
• High emotional intelligence and sensitivity, especially concerning legacy-related topics
