The Role: Sales Manager, Electronic & Controls (E&C) Solutions 📈

We are recruiting a commercially-minded and highly collaborative Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Poland for our Electronic & Controls product group. This role combines technical sales expertise, key account support, and cross-selling responsibilities, working remotely within Poland.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Drive sales growth of Electronic & Controls solutions within assigned territories and accounts
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and execute cross-selling opportunities within existing compressor and system businesses
  • Provide technical sales support during customer discussions, specifications, and solution design
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, wholesalers, and key end-users
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, value-based selling, and customer training sessions
  • Support the launch of new products and market expansion initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity related to electronic controls and digital solutions
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment
  • Maintain opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and forecasting using Salesforce

Required Skills & Qualifications ✅

  • 35+ years of experience in sales or technical sales within refrigeration, controls, or related fields
  • Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration electronics and control systems
  • Experience supporting OEM or key account sales teams with technical solutions
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into system architectures and solutions
  • Solid understanding of food retail and cold chain applications
  • Proven ability to influence technical specifications at engineering level
  • Fluent in English and Polish

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 🌟

  • Experience working with or selling Electronic & Controls product portfolios
  • Background in key account management and business development, especially cross-selling
  • Exposure to multi-country European markets
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with shared account ownership
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Additional Context ℹ️

  • Role is predominantly product-focused (approximately 95% emphasis on E&C expertise)
  • Shared ownership of larger key accounts
  • Balance of Key Account Management and Business Development through cross-selling
  • Fully responsible for driving the success and growth of the E&C product line within the region
