Role Overview

The Sales Manager will drive the adoption of Chowbus' POS system among local and regional restaurants. This includes prospecting, relationship-building, managing the sales cycle, and closing partnerships—all while promoting the Chowbus brand. A key part of this role is understanding our clients' unique needs to develop tailored technological solutions that help their businesses succeed. 💼✨

What You'll Focus On

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to position Chowbus’ technology effectively.
  • Research and qualify prospects aligned with our platform’s offerings.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting through cold visits, calls, emails, marketing campaigns, and other channels.
  • Conduct product demos and craft solutions suited to each prospect’s needs.
  • Achieve KPIs and goals, including daily outreach quotas and onboarding new partners each month.
  • Manage sales activities and track results using Chowbus' CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales commitments during delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field (preferred) 🎓
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (highly preferred) 🕒
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese) 🈹

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $80,000 plus sales commissions, commensurate with experience. 💰
