What You'll Do 🔍

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and engage: Explore new business opportunities within our target markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations: Customize messaging to meet the unique needs of each prospective client.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: From initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to provide a seamless customer journey.
  • Share market insights: Supply feedback to refine our go-to-market strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships: Maintain long-lasting, trusted partnerships.
  • Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or surpass individual and team KPIs and quotas.

What We're Looking For 🌟

  • Native French speaker: Fluent in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proven B2B sales success: Experience in tech, SaaS, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills: Capable of closing deals confidently.
  • Ability to articulate complex features: Translate product details into clear business value.
  • Strong communicator: Effective at engaging internal teams and external clients.
  • Highly organised and results-driven: Self-motivated with a focus on success.
  • Experience with CRM and sales platforms: Bonus points for familiarity with automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset: Eager to learn and adapt rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
