Position Summary

We are seeking a sales professional to join our Direct Sales Team. Your primary responsibilities will include selling EC courses across our fantastic locations, providing exceptional customer service, achieving weekly sales targets, and gaining deep knowledge of your sales region and EC offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• 🏆 Meet and exceed individual targets and KPIs
• 🤝 Assist customers in selecting the right EC product by adopting a consultative selling approach
• 🔄 Cross-sell and upsell opportunities at every turn
• 📚 Maintain thorough knowledge of EC products and competitors' offerings
• 💻 Adhere to CRM best practices and etiquette
• 📢 Collaborate with the marketing team on online and in-market campaigns

Educational Requirements

• 🎓 Post-secondary qualification
• 🗣️ Fluency in English and Italian

Experience Needed

• 🤝 Sales and customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 🌍 Experience in the language travel industry
• 🔤 Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset
