The Big Opportunity: Reverse Auction Sales Executive
In this high-energy role, you'll be responsible for converting inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings through swift responses, strategic negotiation, and running live competitions among suppliers. This isn't a traditional call center — it's about winning customers through discipline, speed, and commercial insight.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own Your Pipeline: Manage your response time, follow-ups, margin, and revenue proactively.
- Respond Quickly: Contact warm inbound leads within minutes, qualify efficiently, and maintain momentum.
- Run Live Auctions: Engage multiple transport partners in real-time competition to secure the best rate.
- Negotiate Confidently: Balance customer needs with supplier pricing, safeguarding margins and quality.
- Drive Conversions: Guide each inquiry to a clear, booked outcome with proper follow-up.
- Upsell Carefully: Offer additional services that enhance customer experience and increase booking value.
- Track Your Performance: Monitor activity, conversions, and revenue daily to sharpen your approach.
