We Are Hiring: Sales Manager / Engineer / Account Manager (Remote in North Carolina) 💼
Bodorlaser is seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, solve technical challenges, and contribute to our sales growth — all from the comfort of your home in North Carolina!
Role Overview 📋
The ideal candidate will possess strong initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Your primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing technical product insights, and collaborating effectively across internal teams and time zones, especially during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Identify and Develop Business: Pursue new opportunities and nurture existing client relationships in your region.
- Market Analysis: Study regional trends and inform management for strategic decisions.
- Sales Management: From lead generation to closing deals, meet or surpass sales targets.
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot product issues, offer technical assistance, and propose improvements.
- Marketing Collaboration: Assist in organizing trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
- Customer Engagement: Regular visits to client sites to build relationships and resolve challenges.
- Technical Alignment: Work with the parent company's Product teams on technical specifications and proposals.
- Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Deliver detailed, customer-specific proposals.
- Administrative Coordination: Handle processes efficiently and report sales activities regularly.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals.
Qualifications & Skills ✅
Basic Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; basic Mandarin Chinese skills
- Ability to travel ~25% within North Carolina for business
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and presentations
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team across time zones
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-10 years of sales or technical experience in manufacturing or machine tools industries
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 3+ years' experience selling laser or CNC machines
- Experience working in multinational, cross-cultural environments
Location & Compensation 🌎💰
This role is fully remote but requires frequent travel within North Carolina. Relocation is mandatory if outside the state.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional commissions and bonuses based on sales performance can significantly increase total compensation.
